Floor Plans / Pricing
We have included our spacious one, two and three-bedroom floor plans along with square footage and price ranges. All of our apartments are priced according to both the floor level and whether or not they include specific apartment amenities such fireplaces or view of the Clubhouse. Our apartments are equipped with full sized washers/dryers and wall-to-wall carpeting with vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. We will be happy to mail you our brochure upon request.

Wexford Village is located conveniently 1/2 mile southeast of Teays Valley Road and the Crooked Creek Interchange of Interstate 64 and U.S. Route 35, shopping, dining, award-winning schools and much more!
The Application Process
Wexford Village is the newest luxury community in the Teays Valley area and very much in demand. We maintain a year-round reservation list; therefore, we encourage you to apply as quickly as possible so that you can be sure to get the exact home you desire. To be added to our reservation list, please submit an application for each individual over the age of 18 along with a $35.00 application fee per person. Please list all occupants on the application, including occupants under the age of 18. Please include the Employment/Rental Verification form and Criminal Background Check form that require a signature and date for each applicant. At your request, we will be glad to send you an application in the mail or via fax.

Security Deposit / Reservation Fee
Wexford Village requires a $400.00 security deposit. When an apartment is offered, we request $200.00 of the deposit to reserve the apartment with the balance due when your lease begins.

Pet Policy
At Devonshire, we realize that pets are a part of the family. We are excited to be a pet friendly community. We accept up to two pets, limited to one dog under 80 lbs. or two small dogs with a combined weight not to exceed 50 lbs. We request a nonrefundable fee of $200.00 - $300.00 for each pet and an additional $15.00 (per cat) or $20.00 (per dog) per month to the rent.
